You are already buying and selling crypto on Luno every month. Luno Priority pays you back for it.
Trade IDR 100 million in a calendar month through Instant Buy or Instant Sell, and you receive IDR 300,000 the following month. Trade more and you earn a higher bonus plus cashback on every qualifying transaction.

Every tier includes access to the Priority Dashboard, where you can track your volume and tier position through the month, and a Priority Relationship Manager — a named contact at Luno for account, product and service questions.
How it works
1. Trade as you normally would. Every completed buy and sell through Instant Buy/Sell counts toward your monthly volume — buys and sells both add up, and that includes Multi-buy, Repeat Buy and Bundle purchases.
2. We assess your tier after the month closes. Whichever tier your volume reaches, you earn that tier's bonus and cashback for that month.
3. You are paid the following month. Your bonus and cashback arrive as a Bitcoin promo code, sent to your registered Luno email within 20 business days of the month ending.
Volume resets on the first of each month. It does not carry over, so each month stands on its own.
An example
Adit trades IDR 400,000,000 through Instant Buy/Sell during July. That puts him in Platinum for July.

If Adit trades IDR 120,000,000 in August, he earns Gold for August — IDR 300,000, paid in September. Each month is assessed on its own.

How and when you are getting cashback
Your Monthly Tier Bonus and cashback are issued as a Bitcoin promo code, sent to the email address registered on your Luno account, within 20 business days after the month ends.
Two things worth knowing. Keep your registered email address current, because that is where the code goes. And redeem the code before the date shown in the email — codes have a redemption window, and an unredeemed code expires.
Because the reward is issued in Bitcoin, its value in Rupiah can move after it is issued.
Who can join
Luno Priority is open to Luno customers in Indonesia who are 18 or older and verified to at least KYC Level 3. Business and corporate accounts are eligible too, once business verification is complete — each entity is assessed on its own volume.
You do not need to register. If you meet the criteria and reach a tier threshold, the benefit follows.

Questions people ask
Do I need to opt in? No. There is no form, no promo code and no registration. Tier assessment happens automatically after each month closes.
When exactly do I get the cashback? Within 20 business days of the month ending. Volume from July is calculated on July's trading and issued during August.
Is the cashback paid in Rupiah? It is calculated in Rupiah and issued as a Bitcoin promo code to your registered email.
Do my Exchange trades count? No. Luno Priority counts Instant Buy/Sell volume only. Exchange and OTC transactions are excluded, in both maker and taker roles.
Does unused volume carry over to next month? No. Volume resets at the start of each calendar month.
Can I earn from Luno Priority and another Luno promotion at the same time? Yes, in most cases. The same trades can count toward both, unless a particular promotion's terms say otherwise.
What happens if I trade less one month? You move to whichever tier matches the volume you actually reached, which may mean no benefit that month. Your Priority Dashboard reflects the change from the start of the following month.
Can a company account join? Yes. Business and corporate accounts registered in Indonesia are eligible once business verification is complete.
