During this period, all eligible transactions will count toward your total trading volume and determine which reward level you can achieve.

Please note: If you only reach IDR 288,000,000 in Instant Buy/Instant Sell transactions but your Exchange transaction volume has not yet reached IDR 288,000,000 (or vice versa), you will not qualify for Level 3.

Lucky Draw Period
The Lucky Draw has a shorter window than the cashback program:
17 August 2026 - 31 August 2026
Transactions made between 3 and 16 August still count toward your cashback level, but they do not earn Lucky Draw entries.
How Entries Work
Your Instant Buy and Instant Sell transactions during the Lucky Draw period are added together, and every IDR 1,000,000 of that combined total earns 1 entry.
👉 IDR 1,000,000 in combined Instant Buy and Instant Sell volume = 1 entry
Amounts accumulate across transactions and across days, so a small buy today and a small sell next week can combine into an entry. Entries are counted automatically.
Please note: Exchange transactions do not earn Lucky Draw entries, even though they count toward Level 3 cashback. The Lucky Draw counts Instant Buy and Instant Sell only.
Transaction Example – Lucky Draw
For example, between 17 and 31 August, you make the following transactions:
Instant Buy: IDR 3,000,000
Instant Sell: IDR 2,700,000
Total combined volume: IDR 5,700,000
Since every IDR 1,000,000 earns one entry, you receive 5 entries into the Lucky Draw. The remaining amount below the next IDR 1,000,000 does not carry forward after the Lucky Draw period ends.
Maximum Entries
Entries are capped at 178 per customer, reached at a combined total of IDR 178,000,000. Trades made after that still count toward your cashback level, but will not add more entries.
How Winners Are Chosen
Winners are selected at random using an online randomiser platform after the Lucky Draw period ends. Your entry count affects your odds, not the outcome.
Winners will be contacted by email at their registered address within 30 business days after the Lucky Draw period ends, and prizes will be delivered within Indonesia within 10 business days of the winner announcement, at no cost to you.
Winners may also be announced on Luno Indonesia's social media pages and Telegram channel. Names are published in masked form alongside your Luno referral code, for example J**n D*e - ABC123, so you can recognise your own entry and everyone can see an announcement is genuine.
How to Participate
Joining the program is simple:
Make sure your Luno account is verified in Indonesia.
Start trading using Instant Buy, Instant Sell, and/or Exchange.
Accumulate your trading volume during the program period.
Reach the required level to earn cashback rewards.
Trade using Instant Buy or Instant Sell between 17 and 31 August 2026 to earn Lucky Draw entries.
Important Things to Know
Each customer is eligible to receive only the highest cashback reward level achieved.
Only successfully executed transactions will count toward the program.
Cashback will be distributed within 20 business days after the program ends.
This program is available only to verified Luno customers in Indonesia.
Lucky Draw entries are earned only on transactions made between 17 and 31 August 2026. Transactions before 17 August still count toward your cashback level.
Exchange transactions count toward Level 3 cashback but do not earn Lucky Draw entries.
