Qualifying assets: ETH, SOL, ADA, AVAX, ATOM, DOT, NEAR. Minimum stake RM2,000 in total. You must start staking between 22 September and 12 October, and keep it staked until 19 October. Points are credited when you start staking, not when it goes live on-chain, since activation times vary by asset. Money already staked before the campaign doesn't count. You need to make a new stake. The multiplier will only show up at the end of the campaign.
